SR Rescue collects information you voluntarily submit through course registration, contact, training-request and sponsorship forms. Information is used to respond to requests, administer programs and maintain appropriate organizational records.

Administrative audit and security logs may include IP address, browser user-agent and request metadata for security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention.

Do not submit protected health information or patient-identifying information through this website.
